When I was young, I wanted to travel back in time to the Cretaceous Period for a living. As soon as I realized that was impossible, I developed a new dream- I wanted to make cartoons for a living.
Despite my family's lack of a TV, I idolized the elusive showrunners of my favorite animated series. Someday, I resolved, I would successfully pitch a show to The Hub (which then shut down), Disney XD (which then lost some of its most significant shows to Disney Channel, though they came back after a while- what was up with that?), or my ultimate win condition: Cartoon Network (well, I guess we'll see if it's still around by the time I get into the industry). HOMETOWN
I'm a student at the School of Visual Arts (BFA animation, Junior year) and future person with my name in the credits of a cartoon. Seem vague to you? You're right, it seems vague to me too. But to hope for something more specific than that would probably set me up for disappointment.
CYOA
My interests outside of animation include media preservation (and lost/obscure media), worldbuilding, and translation/localization, as well as retrofuturism, history, mystery, and all things weird/bizarre/eclectic. I grew up in New Mexico- which you probably know from either Breaking Bad or the 1947 Roswell UFO crash incident- and am hoping to work in California someday. I have 10-100 animated series pitches bouncing around inside my head (picture a washing machine full of oranges and you have an idea of how this works) at all times. If you're a hapless executive who just doesn't know what the next big thing will be, hey... let's make a deal. Haha, just kidding! Unless...?

P.S.: This website was designed by me from the ground up with the help of Webstudio (okay, so maybe not exactly "from the ground up", but without the help of a template). Some things may not be fully responsive and mobile-ready. If you run into any issues, let me know with the form above!
